We’re make-wedding-dreams-come-true pros. Our role is to support you. We assist with meeting with your vendors, decorating according to your taste and, handling the nitty-gritty details so you don’t have to. Here, at The Kincaid House, we mix southern hospitality with our experience in the wedding and event industries.
We offer a variety of packages to meet your needs. Additional a la carte options allow you to further customize the day to truly make your vision a reality.

Wedding Experiences
Platinum
Starting at $7,250
Saturday Package
Exclusive use of venue for 12 hours (11am – 11pm) day of ceremony including setup and breakdown
Day of coordinator (one meeting prior, rehearsal and day of wedding)
Covered 30’x50’ courtyard with lights (with sidewalls/fans or heaters)
300 white padded garden chairs (150 ceremony/150 reception)
12–72 ”and 6–60”round tables with white linens
2–8’ and 1–4’ rectangle tables with white linens
Vintage sweetheart table and chairs
10’ dining room table and 8’ rectangle table for catering with black linens
3 cocktail tables with white linens
Vintage wooden table for sign in, wooden buffet for cake, 3 wooden signs (welcome, unplugged and blank) and reserved signs for tables/aisles
Bridal suite with dressing area and lounge
Groom and groomsmen dressing area
One hour rehearsal (time and date TBD)
On-site event staff (set up/breakdown)

Friday/Sunday Package

Sunday is use of the venue for 10 hours (12-10pm)

Limited to 60 guest
Use of venue for 8 hours (between hours of 11am- 9:30pm) day of ceremony including set-up and breakdown
